- Conduct pre-delivery inspections and performance testing at supplier sites
- Develop and maintain product and supplier compliance documentation
- Perform risk-based goods-in inspections and manage internal quality control processes
- Lead investigations into product failures and oversee corrective/preventive actions
- Collaborate on value engineering activities and drive cost-efficient product improvements
- Perform on-site supplier audits covering quality, H&S, CSR, and sustainability standards
- Degree, HNC or equivalent in a technical or engineering discipline
- 18-24 months minimum experience in a similar quality assurance or supplier audit role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials standards
- Lead Auditor qualification (advantageous)
- Familiarity with CE/UKCA certifications and product testing protocols
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with extensive travel, both within the UK and internationally
- Full UK driving licence
