Warehouse Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experiencedWarehouse Administratorto join our busy client based inDartford.

Main activities of the role

• You will be providing full support to the warehouse manager as required
• Monitoring and recording stock coming in
• Logging receipt of incoming parcels onto system
• Processing warehouse paperwork
• Handling phone calls and queries
• Duties can vary from this but full training will be provided
• Ad hoc administration duties as requested

Essential Criteria

• Previous experience in a warehouse administration role, preferably within a logistics background
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good computer skills, confident across Microsoft, particularly excel. You can be using Excel, Word, WMS, & Datascope, training provided
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management, able to confidently manage and plan own workload
• PPE:Must wear safety shoes and hi-vis vest on premises

Salary:

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm

Hourly pay rate 14.62, overtime rates applicable in AWR when basic hours exceeded
