Working Sunday - Thursday from 1pm - 10pm you duties will be;

Direct, coordinate and monitor the daily activities & performance of warehouse workers to assure compliance of standard procedure, quality and safety.
Assure quality performance through proper staffing, effective communication and training.
Ownership of agency labour requirement and resource forecasting.
Continuously review warehouse procedures and recommend and/or modify operational structure to create a more efficient and productive operation.
Monitor departmental expenses and will be required to submit your labour cost on a weekly basis and be able to explain variations from target.
Enforce all policy and procedures, including safety and housekeeping, in an effective and appropriate manner.

Requirements:

  • PPT or Forklift license - essential
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate people, in a quality-oriented, detail-based environment.
  • The ability to be consistently positive and gain respect of team and peers by leading by example
  • Customer focused with enthusiasm to commitment to providing an excellent service.
