I'm working with a global leader in the fresh produce industry. We're looking for a hands-on Production Team Leader to join their UK operation and ensure packing plans are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role is perfect for someone with experience in a production or packing environment who enjoys leading people and keeping things running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and motivating your production team to hit daily KPIs
Overseeing line operations to ensure correct packaging, labelling, and product quality
Managing health & safety compliance, inspections, and risk assessments
Driving continuous improvement across the production process
Communicating with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations
What we're looking for:
1+ years' experience in production or packing (fresh produce preferred)
Knowledge of quality control and packing requirements
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Freshware, D365) is an advantage
