We are on the search for Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. Youll be responsible for managing end-to-end manufacturing-from materials and workflow to product output and dispatch-ensuring efficient, on-time delivery that meets high customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations
Ensure quality, budget, and on-time delivery targets are met
Streamline workflows and reduce lead times
Align production with sales forecasts
Report to senior management and implement process improvements
Integrate new products into production
What Were Looking For:
5+ years manufacturing leadership experience
Strong knowledge of production controls (e.g. Lean)
Excellent team management and problem-solving skills
Qualification in manufacturing or related field
