Mechanical Contracts Manager

Mechanical Contracts Manager needed on a permanent basis in Kent close to London, Essex, Gravesend, Woolwich, Bromley and Orpington.

My client is looking for a experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager  to join their expanding engineering team in Dartford.

Duties

• Manage sub-contractor labour and ensure work is carried out to achieve targets set.
• Plan works ahead and carry out orders to ensure smooth running of the site.
• Manage the quality of the install and identify and assign snags
• Manage the health and safety on site to ensure safe system of works.

The successful Mechanical Contracts Manager will have the following;

• Proven Experience in a Mechanical Contracts Manager role.
• Mechanical qualifications.
• Experience on commercial new builds
• Commutable distance from Dartford
