The Senior Site Manager will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring the successful delivery of a 250-unit residential project. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, manage health & safety, and ensure quality, programme, and budget targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all site activities from groundwork to completion.
- Lead, motivate, and manage site staff and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Monitor programme and progress, reporting to the Project Manager/Contracts Manager.
- Coordinate with design, commercial, and technical teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale residential schemes.
- Strong knowledge of new build processes, regulations, and NHBC standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
