Whether you're fault-finding, delivering preventative maintenance, or replacing PCBs, your technical skill and problem-solving mindset will be truly valued. The Role - Technical, Varied, and Key to Client SuccessYou'll play a crucial role in keeping commercial HVAC systems safe, compliant, and performing at their best. This is a field-based role covering a range of commercial sites, offering a mix of service, maintenance, repair-and occasional installation work. Your responsibilities will include:- Diagnosing faults and delivering effective, safe repairs - Carrying out leak detection, pressure testing, and PCB replacements - Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and servicing - Managing your own schedule and working independently - Liaising professionally with clients and reporting to internal teams Installation experience is welcome but not essential. What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a self-motivated, hands-on engineer with a strong foundation in HVAC servicing and repair. Someone who takes pride in doing the job right and communicates well with clients.
