UKR Group is looking for an experienced Groundworks Foreman for a project in Dartford, Kent.
The successful candidate will coordinate site activities, manage the groundworks team, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and deliver work on time and to specification.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise and coordinate all groundworks activities on-site (e.g., excavation, drainage, foundations, concreting, etc.)
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out effectively.
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications to plan daily work activities.
- Monitor site progress and provide daily reports.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed on site.
- Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments.
- Order materials and schedule deliveries in line with project needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
To be successful for this Site Supervisor job, you must:
- Relevant experience in groundworks
- SSSTS
- CSCS card
- First Aid
- Proof of right to work in the UK
