Premier Work Support is currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader for our prestigious client based in the Crayford area.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

Ensure that the team follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements
Ensure full adherence to good housekeeping standards are always met
Ensure equipment is within calibration date and all systems are functioning correctly
Ensure that quality concerns are reported to the appropriate personal and that proper process controls are followed in the event of a quality issue raised.
Set clear team goals and KPIS
Carry out incident, accident and non conformity investigations and associated reporting and action closure.
Responsible for training of operators for products and processes within your team.
Monitor time and attendance and ensure compliance with Company procedures.

Hours of work: Monday - Thursday 7.00am to 16.00pm (30 Minute Lunch) Friday 07.00am - 11.15am
