Premier Work Support is currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader for our prestigious client based in the Crayford area.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensure that the team follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements
- Ensure full adherence to good housekeeping standards are always met
- Ensure equipment is within calibration date and all systems are functioning correctly
- Ensure that quality concerns are reported to the appropriate personal and that proper process controls are followed in the event of a quality issue raised.
- Set clear team goals and KPIS
- Carry out incident, accident and non conformity investigations and associated reporting and action closure.
- Responsible for training of operators for products and processes within your team.
- Monitor time and attendance and ensure compliance with Company procedures.

- Knowledge of Quality standard ISO9001
- Understanding of production costs to include waste,downtime,scrap and rework

Hours of work: Monday - Thursday 7.00am to 16.00pm (30 Minute Lunch) Friday 07.00am - 11.15am
