Premier Work Support is currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader for our prestigious client based in the Crayford area.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensure that the team follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements
  • Ensure full adherence to good housekeeping standards are always met
  • Ensure equipment is within calibration date and all systems are functioning correctly
  • Ensure that quality concerns are reported to the appropriate personal and that proper process controls are followed in the event of a quality issue raised.
  • Set clear team goals and KPIS
  • Carry out incident, accident and non conformity investigations and associated reporting and action closure.
  • Responsible for training of operators for products and processes within your team.
  • Monitor time and attendance and ensure compliance with Company procedures.

Skills required for this role:

  • Support, Comply and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other company policies and procedures

  • Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • Knowledge of environmental ISO14001
  • Knowledge of Quality standard ISO9001
  • Understanding of production costs to include waste,downtime,scrap and rework

Hours of work: Monday - Thursday 7.00am to 16.00pm (30 Minute Lunch) Friday 07.00am - 11.15am
