Cladding Re-mediation
Up to £75,000 Plus Package
Our client, an established construction contractor who operate nationally, are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Cladding Re-mediation division.
As a business they currently deliver EWI, Retrofit and cladding re-mediation projects across the UK.. With a number of long term contracts already secured and further exciting frameworks and projects in the pipeline, this is an incredible opportunity to join a reputable and established business with long term security and career prospects.
This role is to join the commercial department for the cladding re-mediation division. My client are ideally looking for someone with 5+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, however they would consider an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is looking for a step up.
Day to day responsibilities will include;
Cost planning
Closing out and Setting up contracts commercially
Work alongside 3-4 Surveyors in the commercial team
Liaise with operational team to ensure works are completed on time and within budget
Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
Experience working on cladding remediation projects
Approve sub-contractors & supplier payments
Attending & Charing progress meetings with clients
Regular on site visits
Overlook P&L with operational leads
Cash flow management
