Lister / Valuer - Estate Agency
Salary: £23,000 basic (plus guaranteed earnings for the first three months)On-Target Earnings: £30,000 - £40,000Work Pattern: Five days per week, including some Saturdays (two on, one off)
About the Role
As a Lister / Valuer, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality estate agency service. Whether assisting buyers and sellers, negotiating offers, or generating new business, you will ensure clients receive outstanding support throughout their property journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations and convert them into listings.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities to enhance branch performance.
- Present and negotiate offers, supporting sales progression as needed.
- Prospect for new properties, arrange viewings, and promote additional services such as mortgages and conveyancing.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues during daily meetings to share updates and strategies.

- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and secure listings.

- Full UK driving licence required.
