Due to continued expansion and growth of our client base we are on the look out for an ambitous delivery consultant or recruitment resourcer to support our clients needs.
APM is rapidly expanding and has been making all the right noises in 2024positioning the business perfectly to double in size in 2025. We are now looking for ambitious delivery consultants, resourcers and experienced recruitment consultants who have a desire for knowledge, progression and being financially free. APM will empower anyone with strong values and abiltiieswho joinour journey via a 13 week induction process with 1 to 1 sessions and team training sessions ensuring you have everything you need to succeed within our industry and organisation.
Your role as a RecruitmentResourcerwill include:
* Working directly with Senior consultants and management
* Sourcing, interviewing and candidate focused role
* Commission, incentives, flexi time
* 13 week induction followed by daily team training
* Progression to 360 positions
The role would suit a RecruitmentResourcerwho:
* Is confident and well educated
* Is money and progression focused with ambitious goals
* Higher national curriculum, A Level, Grador equivalent qualification
* Recruitment experiencedesirable
