A high-performing secondary school in Dartford are searching for an Unqualified Science Teacher to join them in January or sooner. This Unqualified Science Teacher role is perfect for a confident Science Graduate with a passion for education. Experience isn't neccesary, but some relevant transferrable skills (i.e tutoring) can help!

This Unqualified Science Teacher position is perfectly suited to a recent Science Graduate with aspirations of becoming a qualified Science Teacher, but keen to gain some hands-on experience before committing to teacher training.

This Unqualified Science Teacher position will involve the following:

• Covering Science lessons, within your specialism
• Running targeted interventions for groups of 6-8 students
• Supporting a range of abilities, including students with SEN, EAL and Gifted & Talented students

The school is part of an academic trust of schools with award-winning teacher training available. If you love this academic year, you can apply to train as a qualified Science Teacher via their internal teacher training scheme. You will be paid a salary (or claim a tax-free bursary) and receive fantastic training and support all leading to qualified teacher status!

• Unqualified Science Teacher

• Initially contracted until the end of the academic year (July 2025)
• 130-140 per day, 5 days per week.
• Opportunity for salaried teacher training in the 26/27 academic year
