  • Must hold either a Level 3 qualification - or a minimum of 5 years' occupational experience - within: Hospitality Management OR SEN/D (as a Teaching Assistant or Support Worker). 
  • Must possess a passion for supporting learners with additional complex needs.
  • Confident to deliver in a classroom and 1:1 setting.
  • Willingness to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training - fully funded and supported by the employer.
  • Must be IT literate.
Duties include:
  • You will support a caseload of SEN Apprentices, and deliver engaging training sessions within a classroom and online environment.
  • Design and deliver internal training to your colleagues, to ensure best practice is delivered to SEN learners.
  • Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs. 
  • Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
