Position: Air Conditioning Surveyor
Location: Mobile RoleÂ
Type: Full-Time
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (DOE)
DC Solutions Services is currently seeking an Air Conditioning Surveyor on behalf of a reputable client within the HVAC industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a former engineer with installation and diagnostic experience or a sales-savvy professional with technical AC knowledge and a knack for building strong client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities:
This hybrid role combines office-based duties in Dartford with customer site visits in Central London. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting site surveys for incoming project enquiries

Preparing and issuing accurate quotations

Managing and responding to customer communications via email

Following up on quotes to convert leads into secured projects
-
Offering technical support to office staff when required
-
Creating quotations based on engineers’ reports and recommendations

Ordering AC units and necessary spare parts
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must:

Hold a full, valid UK driving licence

Be highly organised and detail-oriented

Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Present themselves professionally and confidently in all customer interactions
Package & Benefits:

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Overtime: Available during peak periods

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (flexibility required to meet customer needs)
