The firm specializes in luxury high-end residential projects and has been established for over 20 years.
The salary for this position ranges from £27k to £35k, depending on experience.
Candidates should have experience in technical detailing, contemporary designs, and building regulation packages.
Benefits include a discretionary bonus three times a year and the option to work from either of the two office locations.

Konker is recruiting an Architectural Technician to join a leading Architectural practice based in Dartmouth or Salcombe. This RIBA practice focuses on luxury high-end residential projects but also manages house extensions, new builds, and small-scale housing developments (up to 20 houses) in the South Devon region.They have been established for over 20 years and have a sound reputation for the quality of work that they do. Salary: £27k - £35k (DOE). The Position: Architectural Technician

Technical detailing
Contemporary designs
Building regulation packages
Produce drawings and specifications
Liaise and work closely with different clients, contractors and consultants.
