The Job Role
- A Head Chef or a senior sous chef within a fresh food hotel known for its levels of customer service.
- The Head Chef will help lead, train and develop an enthusiastic and well-established team
- Reporting to the General Manager, the Head Chef will take ownership of the daily duties of the kitchen
- The Head Chef will look after the breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea operations
The Requirements
- This role could suit a Head Chef or a first time head chef within a fresh food background in hotels, pubs or restaurants
- The ideal Head Chef will have enthusiasm and willingness to progress their career within a well established and successful team
- A passion for service and food is a must
- You will be able to work most sections within a kitchen.
