We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Head Chef for a newly acquired restaurant with rooms in a beautiful part of Devon, offering an all day dining experience.
As Head Chef, youll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen for the modern British/European Bistro, helping to build an excellent reputation for the business while focusing on locally sourced, nose-to-tail cooking of quality seasonal ingredients. You will have full autonomy on the menu.
This could be the perfect role for a Senior Sous Chef /Sous looking for their first role as a Head Chef. Ideally would will have worked in an AA rosette standard restaurant. Classical training will be beneficial but isnt essential.
