Our client is a leading Leisure Hotel & Golf Club in the South Devon area and is looking for a talented Leisure & Spa Manager to join this great team.

Duties & Responsibilities

The key responsibility will be to oversee the smooth day to day operations of the popular Health Club & Spa facilities.

Duties will include:

Leading and developing the team to achieve high levels of guest service.

Working in conjunction with the wider management team, in training and developing your team

Managing performance and recognising personal development requirements

Working to departmental budgets, forecasting, stock control and contributing to overall financial performance adding additional sales where possible

Managing all aspects of Health & Safety relevant to the Health Club & Spa and overseeing and keeping up to date with all maintenance

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in a similar Health Club & Spa along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be organised, self-motivated, whilst thriving in a team environment. Although not essential knowledge and/or interest in Golf would be fantastic.
