Assistant Store Manager Dartmouth. We are looking for a Manager to support this lifestyle brand in Dartmouth. This is a busy store with good footfall and a regular customer. Ideal Candidate :

  • Will have experience in supervising / managing a team within a luxury/ Accessories/ Beauty/ fashion/lifestyle environment
  • Good Retail experience working in face to face retail
  • Understanding of KPI's : Sales & operational
  • Love Visual merchandising and keeping a store to high standards
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and really enjoy being on the shop floor
  • Excellent management skills where you can lead & develop your team
