You'll be working across the full site - fault-finding, carrying out PPMs, handling lighting, HVAC, building services and some installation work. They've invested heavily in new infrastructure, so you won't be battling ancient equipment or constant breakdowns.
Is this you?
18th Edition qualified
Hands-on experience in facilities or building services maintenance
Comfortable with reactive and planned work (electrical bias, but able to support across mechanical and general)
Able to read electrical drawings, isolate circuits, test/commission systems
Organised and safety-focused with good communication skills
Happy working with contractors and liaising with other departments
Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or regulated industries would be a bonus - but not essential. What's more important is your reliability, attitude, and ability to work safely and independently.
