Job Title: HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter
Salary: £55,285- £63,268 (nights), £19,40ph X 1.5 overtime (Days)
Shift: Monday – Thursday 19:00 – 07:00 46hrs Tuesday – Friday 19:00 – 07:00 46hrs rotating two weekly (nights) , Dayshift 40hrs / week Monday – Friday 06:30 – 15:00 weekly rotation to 10:00 – 18:30 (half day Saturday AM optional). £19.40/hr x1.5 >40hrs

We are looking for a HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter to join our client, a leading UK dealership.
HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter Job Responsibilities:
- You'll be responsible for fast and accurate diagnoses using diagnostic tools and for choosing the right repair techniques.
- You'll work independently to maintain and repair vehicles and components.
- You'll carry out a range of inspections (MOT, tacho, etc.).
- You'll provide support and daily mentoring for less experienced technicians.
- You'll carry out final checks on work that has been completed.
HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter Qualifications and Requirements:
- Time-served HGV Technician or equivalent qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- An extensive experience in carrying out repairs and maintenance on trucks, components and associated vehicles.
- Familiarization with developments in the automotive industry.
- Valid Driving License Class 2
