The Commercial Account Handler will:
- Manage day-to-day insurance requirements for commercial clients, including MTAs, renewals, and new business.
- Conduct comprehensive market broking exercises and risk analysis.
- Prepare client reports, cover summaries, and FCA-compliant documentation.
- Attend trade-related events and joint client meetings with Client Executives.
- Maintain quality and customer service standards, ensuring client records are accurate and up to date.
