We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to join a well-established and growing manufacturer based in Blackburn. The site is undergoing exciting expansion, with new production lines installed and further investment planned — offering long-term career stability and progression.

Your Role:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production machinery
  • Quickly diagnose and resolve faults to minimise downtime
  • Support installations and commissioning of new lines and robotic equipment
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure operational efficiency

About You:

  • Background in mechanical or electrical maintenance (ideally in a manufacturing environment)
  • Recognised engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and team-oriented, with a willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts
