Ashley Kate Finance are currently looking for a Semi-Senior / Part-Qualified Accountant on the behalf of our valued client to join their friendly team in Daventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3+ years of experience in practice, or those qualified by experience, to further develop their skills within a growing firm.

Role Overview:

You'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to a varied portfolio of clients. Working alongside experienced professionals and trainees, you'll gain hands-on exposure and take ownership of key tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing accounts for review by senior staff
  • Preparing VAT returns
  • Preparing personal tax returns
  • Assisting senior team members with ad-hoc duties
  • Supporting and mentoring junior staff

About You:

  • Part-qualified ACA / ACCA or qualified by experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in an accountancy practice
  • Able to work independently and produce a full set of accounts
  • Experience with CCH and Xero is desirable
  • Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
