Location: Daventry (Commutable from Rugby, Northampton, Banbury, Towcester, Brackley)
Salary: 17.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00-16:45, early finish on Friday

The Role
You will operate and set press brake machinery, supporting production output and maintaining quality standards. Training can be provided for candidates with transferable skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set press brake machinery in line with production requirements
- Carry out routine checks and adjustments to maintain performance
- Monitor machinery for faults and assist with basic troubleshooting
- Inspect finished components to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Maintain safe working practices and a clean work area
- Support team production targets
About You
- Experience operating machinery, ideally press brakes, is desirable but not essential
- Willing to undertake training and learn new skills
- Able to read and follow technical information
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Good teamwork and communication skills
