General Factory Worker/ Driver
Monday to Friday
£12.50 to £14.50 per hour DOE
CRC are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Factory Worker to join our client based in Daventry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company who believes in progression within the business.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that the operation run smoothly and efficiently. You will require strong work ethic, attention to details, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00-15:30 and on a Friday 07:00-13:00.
You must hold a full Uk driving licence and be confident in driving an electric van as you will be asked to deliver customer orders on a Tuesday and Thursday.

Your Role:
- Assisting with finished items in a timely and efficient way
- Aqua Blasting
- Deliveries
- Tuesday and Thursday
- Quality checking and packaging of finished parts
- Preparing components and equipment for the required finishing process
- Geneal adhoc duties as required
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
- Maintaining responsibility for your own work are
What We ’re Looking For? Â
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent teamwork skills with a collaborative approach to problem solving
- ability to operate machinery safely and effectively (training will be provided)
- Physical fit and to be able to stand for long periods of time as this will be repetitive tasks
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in a factory environment is advantageous but not essential as training is provided.
