Our client is seeking a Sales and Reservations Coordinator to join the team based at their stunning venue featuring over 200 guest bedrooms, bright and airy event spaces, a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna, and a PGA-equivalent 18-hole golf course.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join their sales team, supporting reservations, golf event management, and meetings & events coordination.

What We’re Looking For?  

  • A willingness to learn and be part of a hard-working, friendly team
  • Confidence in handling phone enquiries and making calls
  • Basic keyboard skills and the ability to manage bookings efficiently
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in a hotel environment is a plus but not essential

Your Role:

  • Assist with reservations, golf events, and conference & event sales
  • Handle bookings and customer enquiries through our in-house systems
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Work closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure smooth operations
  • Utilise Microsoft Word & Excel to manage data effectively (strong skills are an advantage)

Reporting to the Revenue Manager, you will assist reservations, golf & the conference and events sales department on a day-to-day basis. Making bookings & supporting the management of all types of enquiries for the hotel as well as undertaking admin duties in the office using our in-house systems.
