Teaching Assistant (Full Time) - Daventry (NN11)

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Daventry (NN11). This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible.
The role will involve:
Providing 1:1 support to a Year 3 child with challenging behaviour during part of the school day, helping them engage positively with learning and manage their emotions.
Supporting teaching and learning in the EYFS classroom for the remainder of the day, working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging activities and care for pupils.
Requirements:
A minimum Level 2 Childcare qualification (essential).
Experience supporting pupils with behavioural needs and/or in an EYFS setting is desirable.
Strong behaviour management skills, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships with children.
A caring, adaptable, and proactive approach.
