Key Responsibilities of a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator / VDA:

• Accurately assess vehicle damage and create detailed repair estimates using Audatex software
• Provide precise vehicle assessments and repair costings aligned with industry standards
• Maximise profitability through professional upselling and efficient repair scheduling
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns
• Work closely with workshop teams to ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with industry compliance and standards
• Support company profitability by ensuring efficiency and cost control

Skills and Qualifications for a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator / VDA

Essential:

• ATA Qualified (Preferred) or equivalent (NVQ, IMI, SVQ)
• Experience in a fast-paced accident repair or body shop environment
• Strong understanding of vehicle repair methods and industry best practices
• Proficient in using Audatex for vehicle estimating
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented with a commitment to quality
