What you'll be doing:
Working 1:1 and in small groups with Year 3 pupils to bring learning to life.
Supporting children with challenging behaviour using positivity, patience, and creativity.
Building strong, trusting relationships that make every pupil feel seen and valued.
Collaborating with a passionate teaching team that celebrates every breakthrough.
What we're looking for:
Someone with energy, resilience, and a big heart.
Experience supporting children (especially those with behavioural needs) - school or youth work background a bonus!
A team player who's not afraid to think outside the box.
Above all, someone who believes every child deserves the chance to shine.
