The Blue Pigeons, a privately owned hotel and restaurant offering a unique memorable experience unparalleled in the local area. It is comprised of eight stunning bedrooms, a versatile restaurant space serving upwards of 55 covers, piano lounge bar and an acre of gardens with alfresco dining and a garden bar.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring excellence in guest service, brand standards, and operational efficiency
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability
  • Drive commercial performance through strategic planning, budgeting, and revenue management
  • Drive outstanding guest experience, ensuring high attention levels, efficient service and professional relationships creating a truly welcoming and valuable culture
  • Operational Management: Overseeing all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and front of house services.
  • Marketing and Sales: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Act as the hotels ambassador, cultivating strong relationships within the local community and with key stakeholders
  • Event Management: Coordinating and managing events and functions held at the hotel
  • Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and legal standards across all departments
