English Teacher - SEN School (Autism Focus)
Academics Ltd is delighted to be working closely with an outstanding SEN school, dedicated to providing high-quality education for students with autism. This supportive and nurturing environment is now seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis, starting from the 1st September 2025.
About the Role:
- Teach English to small classes of students with autism, providing tailored support to meet their individual learning needs.
- Create and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to ensure all students thrive academically.
- Work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
- Contribute to the development of the school's inclusive and positive learning culture.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
- Experience working with students with autism or special educational needs is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for working in the SEN sector and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.
- The ability to plan and deliver lessons that are engaging, creative, and differentiated to meet the needs of all students.
- Excellent communication and team-working skills.
