Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing, Deeside based specialist manufacturing organisation as they look to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to join their Finance Team.
This is an office-based role.
This opportunity would be ideal for an ACCA / CIMA Part Qualified Management Accountant with previous experience of full Management Accounts preparation and experience with costs / costings.
Salary/benefits:
- £40-50,000pa + Benefits
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable and sales processing
- Full production of monthly management accounts pack for review
- Detailed analysis of month end reporting with commentary on variances
- Experience of Invoice Discounting
- Cashflow forecasting
- Provide financial and stock control management support to senior management
- Mentor junior staff members in accounting best practices
Required Skills / Experience:
- - Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
- - Proficiency in financial management and a good understanding of the manufacturing processes.(BOM, MRP etc)
- - Experience with accounting software Sage 200 or similar.
- - Strong knowledge of accounts payable and sales processes
- - Ability to conduct accurate financial accounting
- - Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior staff members
- - Excellent Excel skills
