HRGO are currently seeking Production Operatives to join our manufacturing client. Successful candidates will be responsible for assembling automotive components, operating machinery, and conducting quality checks to ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Location: Deeside Industrial Estate
Shifts: 12 hour shifts between Mon-Thurs 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am
Salary: 14.52 per hour, overtime paid up to 25.55 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and guidelines
- Operate machinery to produce components
- Inspect and test assembled products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote efficiency and safety
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
- Complete production reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge
