Your Role as a Production Operator:
- Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
- Accurately weigh, measure, and blend raw materials for production batches.
- Monitor production to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by supporting the cleaning and sanitisation of equipment and production areas.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to following procedures.
- Basic IT skills for accurate data entry and record maintenance.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a regulated environment.
