Kinetic Recruitment is currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of a leading chemical manufacturing company based in Deeside. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and successful production team, with long-term prospects for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
*Operating within a chemical manufacturing environment
*Carrying out production processes including blending and milling
*Completing full clean-down procedures
*Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and GMP compliance
*Identifying and responding to basic production faults and issues
*Completing quality documentation and maintaining accurate records
*Manual handling, including lifting bags up to 25kg, moving bins, and operating equipment safely
Requirements
*Previous experience in a chemical processing or manufacturing environment
*Understanding of end-to-end production processes
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*Basic problem-solving skills
*Good level of numeracy and literacy
*Physically capable of manual handling tasks
*FLT Counterbalance licence (advantageous but not essential)
