A healthy proportion of them are directors guaranteeing you interesting, challenging work. That includes cashflow modelling/IHT planning/retirement planning etc.Starting salaries are £37,000 if you are level 4 qualified and £45,000 if you are Chartered. To recap you'll have an annual pay review that will help those figures grow. Alongside that there's a benefits package including:

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:You will have experience as a paraplanner and ideally be level 4 qualified. But the firm do have paraplanners who are on an exam journey so not having level 4 isn't the end of the world.The firm is based in North Wales and believes in collaboration. There is some flexibility but the rest of the team are in the office most days.If you have experience of IO and Voyant that would be a help.
