Export Administrator

Location: Deeside, Head Office
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Pay: 12.81 per hour
Contract: Until Christmas

Are you tech-savvy, detail-driven, and ready to dive into the world of international food exports? Our client is looking for a proactive Export Administrator to support our Compliance team in managing the export of our homemade food products to global markets including China and beyond.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment, working with a team that's passionate about quality, compliance, and innovation.

• Supporting the export process for food products, ensuring all documentation meets international standards.
• Preparing and managing export paperwork - invoices, packing lists, certificates, and more.
• Liaising with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal departments.
• Keeping accurate records and databases up to date.
• Assisting with audits and compliance checks.
• Using internal systems to track shipments and manage export data.

• Someone switched-on with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using tech and quick to learn new systems.
• Previous admin experience (export or compliance experience is a bonus).
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
