DCT Recruitment are currently recruiting for H&S Administrator to work with our client based in Deeside. Compliance and understanding of their responsibilities as laid out in the Company Integrated Management Systems (IMS) including Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality and all associated policies, standards, procedures and documentation.Administrative Responsibilities• Provide administrative support to the HSE Lead, and the wider Safety Team.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE records, reports, and documentation.• Ensure all incident reports, audits, and safety inspections are recorded and filed correctly.• Manage and update the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.• Assist in the preparation and distribution of HSE performance reports and statistical data for senior management and regulatory bodies.• Support the coordination of safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions by preparing agendas, minutes, and action logs.Incident & Risk Management Support• Assist in logging and tracking incident reports, near misses, and accident investigations.• Work closely with the HSE Lead and Safety Advisors to ensure corrective actions are documented and followed up.• Support the coordination of emergency drills and exercises, ensuring all necessary records are maintained.• Support the Environmental Manager with documentation and compliance tracking related to waste management, pollution control, and environmental audits.• Ensure environmental incident reports are logged and updated in line with company policies.• Assist in monitoring sustainability initiatives and maintaining related records.Communication & Coordination• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external HSE-related administrative queries.• Liaise with both Operations & HSE Teams to support the flow of HSE documentation across all sections.• Ensure timely communication of HSE updates, training schedules, and audit requirements to relevant personnel.• Be familiar with Policies and Procedures in the company IMS and understand their responsibilities within them.• Ad hoc duties as the job requires.KEY COMPETENCIES & DESIRED SKILLS• Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document control systems.• Knowledge of HSE compliance, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.• Strong attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and reports.• Good communication skills with the ability to liaise across departments.• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental principles in a construction setting (Desirable).ESSENTIAL/TARGET TRAINING• General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) (Atlas)• Driving at Work Essentials (Atlas)• Modern Slavery (Atlas)• Bribery Act 2010 – (Atlas) DESIRABLE TRAINING• IOSH Working Safely• First Aid at Work (3 Day)• Fire Marshal Training• Mental Health First AidSalary: £140 per dayPlease call Bartosz at DCT Recruitment on for more details
