Contract Details: Temporary (Ongoing - Temp to Perm for the Right Person)

Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client enquiries for repairs via our Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system and telephone.
  • Book and schedule planned maintenance visits.
  • Manage contractors through our CAFM system and by phone.
  • Troubleshoot maintenance and repair issues, collaborating with our technical team.
  • utilise our CAFM system to effectively manage workflows and processes.
  • Conduct regular client meetings in-person or via Teams.

Skills and Experience:
Essential:

  • Experience in a fast-paced Help Desk or Call Centre.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience.
  • Outstanding communication abilities and a confident demeanour.
  • Calm under pressure with a robust personality to build strong relationships.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the property sector.
  • Background in Healthcare Maintenance Management.
