Based ideally at the company’s Hawarden site, you’ll report to the HR Director one day per week and play a pivotal role in supporting colleagues across multiple UK and international locations.

About the Role

This is not your average HR generalist position. We’re on the lookout for someone who’s highly organised, proactive, and ready to dive into data, systems, and HR operations head first. You'll support around 200 employees across the UK, Korea, Singapore, India, and France.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain accurate employee data across multiple systems (HRIS knowledge essential)
  • Drive the rollout of our HR system across sites, ensuring full data integrity
  • Generate clear, insightful HR reports using Power BI or similar
  • Provide friendly, approachable policy advice to managers and employees
  • Draft contracts, offer letters, and other employment documentation with confidence
  • Manage recruitment administration and interview coordination
  • Liaise with stakeholders across HR, IT, and operations for system/process improvements
  • Support benefits administration and tracking
  • Travel to UK sites approx. once a month for key meetings or training

Who we are looking for:

  • A true HR all-rounder with a bias for action and a data-first mindset
  • Experience in HR administration, benefits, and HR systems (HRIS experience essential)
  • Comfortable using or learning Power BI or similar tools for reporting
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Friendly, people-first communicator who can build trust at all levels
  • Someone who thrives in an evolving, cross-cultural environment
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent e.g. CIPD level 5)

Location & Flexibility

  • Preferred base: Hawarden (for ease of induction and collaboration)
  • Occasional travel required (to Westbury & Halesowen)
  • Flexible working options available after onboarding

Why Join Our Client?

  • A truly international role with scope to make a difference
  • Exposure to global HR practices and stakeholders
  • Opportunity to shape how we manage and present people data
  • Supportive, values-driven culture with a focus on development
