Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our team in Flintshire. The ideal candidate will have, City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in a relevant maintenance field.

The Maintenance Fitter will be responsible for ensuring that production machinery is maintained and repaired according to operational needs, minimising downtime, and maintaining the overall functionality of the equipment. The role will also include facility upkeep and supporting the installation of new equipment and systems.

  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Essential Qualifications: City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in a relevant maintenance field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance environment, preferably in industrial settings.
    • Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter, including skills in mechanical fitting, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, sensors, and control systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using a range of maintenance tools and equipment necessary for repairs and installations.
  • Other Skills:
    • Strong ability to work independently and use initiative.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
