What You’ll Do
As a Client Relations Manager, you’ll be the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of clients—managing their needs, ensuring smooth onboarding and reviews, and supporting financial advisers across the entire advice process.
Your role will include:

Acting as the main client liaison, maintaining high-touch service

Coordinating onboarding, reviews, and ongoing communications

Preparing suitability reports and review packs with paraplanners
-
Managing client records and ensuring compliance (using Intelligent Office)
-
Handling client queries and technical support (non-advisory)
-
Booking client meetings and maintaining adviser diaries
-
Liaising with providers and platforms (e.g. Standard Life, Aegon, Transact)

Identifying service improvements and workflow enhancements
About You
-
Experience as an IFA Administrator, Xplan Administrator, Junior Paraplanner, or similar
-
Strong client service and relationship management skills
-
Excellent communication, organisation, and follow-up

Confident using financial planning CRMs (iO or Xplan preferred)

Familiar with pensions, investments, protection products, and platforms
-
Working towards or interested in obtaining the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
