We are looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join a busy and growing manufacturing team. The facility includes a modern in-house paint spraying and powder coating setup with dedicated ovens and shot-blasting equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surface preparation, including blasting, cleaning, and masking
  • Applying powder coatings to metal components
  • Performing quality checks and ensuring coating standards are met
  • Maintaining equipment and adhering to safety procedures
  • Working collaboratively to meet production goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in powder coating (industrial/manufacturing setting)
  • Proficiency with powder coating tools and techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Awareness of workshop safety standards
