Senior Finance Manager – Supply Chain and Logistics

We are working with a highly regarded and growing organisation that is seeking a passionate and commercially focused Senior Finance Manager to join their Supply Chain and Logistics finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative business where you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and cost control across their distribution network.
The Opportunity:This position is central to supporting logistics operations through robust financial reporting, analysis, and strategic forecasting. You’ll manage a team of three and be responsible for delivering insight and challenge to ensure value for money across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial reporting for the supply chain and logistics cost centre

Attend and contribute to depot reviews, challenging performance, and identifying areas for improvement

Analyse weekly depot performance against budget and forecasts

Conduct scenario planning and assess operational cost implications

Support budgeting and forecasting in close collaboration with the depot and logistics teams

Influence short, medium, and long-term financial planning

Assist with logistics contract negotiations and review commercial proposals
About You:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience in supply chain &Â logistics, or FMCG sectors, is highly advantageous
- Proven background in leading finance teams
- Commercially astute with strong analytical and Excel skills
- Confident in presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
