Maintenance Engineer Days (Electrical bias)
Salary: £45,000 – 48,000 + 26 days holiday + pension + excellent career progression
Location: Deeside
Hours: Monday to Friday daytime

The Job:
- Initially help oversee installation, commissioning and start up of state of the art machinery. Working closely with market leading OEM Engineers.
- Ensure H&S and compliance within mechanical engineering team.
- Support and influence mechanical engineering strategy, ensuring strategy is delivered across the site.
- Support implementation of reliability to ensure min downtime through data driven approaches.
The Person:
- Apprenticeship, NVQ, HNC level mechanical engineering or similar.
- Working in a heavier manufacturing environment an advantage eg paper mill, steel works, recycling, chemicals etc
- Understanding DCS systems an advantage
- Ability to be flexible and part of a dynamic and fast growing team and division that will develop and evolve.
- Good interpersonal skills - communication, stakeholder engagement.
Nice to have but not essential:
- Project experience – expansion, modernisation, new factory or plant build.
- Installation, commissioning, start-up of machines and equipment.
- BOAS or / and steam boiler expertise
