Unite People are recruiting for a permanent SIte Administrator on behalf of a long-standing civil engineering client for a major project in the North West region.

About the Role:

You will be an integral part of the day-to-day running’s of a near £1billion construction project. With over 18 months of work on this project alone. Please see below:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting site operational information into relevant spreadsheets
  • Inputting site allocation data into relevant spreadsheets - staff, labour, materials & plant
  • Uploading site documents to BC - working with the SB3 document control team
  • Maintain and update office notice boards with relevant information
  • Co-ordinate with the internal training and competency team and relay training course requirements to site operatives
  •  Perform general office duties such as ordering office supplies
  • Daily input and management of hours worked for all site operatives and site staff, and feeding into People Allocation Sheet Daily updating Plant/Equipment Allocation Sheet 
  • Collection and submission of Plant and Equipment Maintenance Sheets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as an Administrator in the construction industry.
  • Located in or near Desside
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
